Step 4: KYC Verification

You will need to complete a Video KYC with a bank agent. Keep your original PAN card handy. They will ask you to show it on camera and verify your location.

Step 5: Card Activation

Once KYC is approved (usually within hours), your Virtual Scapia Card is instantly activated in the app. You can start using it for online transactions immediately. The physical card will be delivered to your address in 5-7 days.

Common Issues During Application

"Service Unavailable": This often means your pin code is not currently serviceable. Try an office address if possible.
"Rejection": Usually due to low CIBIL or an existing Federal Bank card. (See Eligibility).
